How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat $4 Shipping fee to all US based customers.

Where do you deliver?

We ship via USPS and they deliver to every address in America (including Hawaii and Alaska)

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. If you have any trouble tracking the package please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can I return my order?

Returns are not accepted.

Because the case is customised and printed for you to fit your chosen phone model and we cannot resell that item if returned - returns/exchanges are not accepted on any personalised merchandise.

If there is a problem with your item or it is faulty please get in touch and we will help as best we can.

Returned to Sender?

If your order is returned to us by the courier because the shipping address you have provided is incomplete, incorrect or the package was refused you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs to have the package reshipped to a confirmed address.

Shipping Address Changes

If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can be applied no later than 12 hours after an order is placed, although it is not guaranteed.

Existing Order Changes

We ask that you message us within 6 hours of placing an order to make any changes such as design, phone model, case finish. Once we receive your order we process it as soon as possible to provide you with a quicker turnaround time.

Changes requested after 6 hours of an order being placed are not guaranteed.

How long does it take my order to ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Product FAQ

What kind of cases do you offer?

All artwork is printed on dual layered "TOUGH" cases to provide the best protection for your mobile phone.

Do you offer "matte" cases?

No.

Matte cases chip very very easily so to protect the integrity of the product all cases are printed with a "glossy" finish.

How are your custom products made?

All designs are completed on an iPad, then heat pressed onto a sublimation case.
